On the first day, we set off toward Hito Caj\u00f3n, Bolivia\u2014specifically the area of \u200b\u200bLaguna Blanca and Laguna Verde. It is important to remember to bring your passport for this part of the trip. Upon arrival, we had breakfast, went for a short hike (3 hours) around the two lagoons, and then returned for dinner and to spend the night. The following day, we had breakfast and departed from the refuge at 4:00 a.m., reaching the base of the volcano by 4:30 a.m. The ascent takes approximately 6 hours, and the descent takes 3 hours.
