Tumbre – Talabre + Petroglifos de Quezala

ITEMS: Trekking clothing, water, sunglasses, sunscreen.
ALTITUDE: 4,000 to 3,200 meters above sea level (can be an ascent).

We depart from San Pedro, heading south until we pass through Toconao, where we join the old Guaitiquina road, which leads us to Tumbres. From there, we begin our trek along the ravine, passing by Talabre Viejo—the original site of the village, which was relocated due to eruptions from the Lascar volcano—before arriving at Talabre Nuevo. Here, we will visit the petroglyphs located within the same ravine.
